Recent statistics show that Spain
has the largest amount of Swedish expats outside of Scandinavia. Of course this

recent years has aided the steadiness of tourism and property investments from
economically stable countries such as Sweden. Whereas citizens from other
countries have struggled to complete on purchases since the Marbella property
crash in 2007, the Northern European buyers have taken advantage of good
opportunity.
This year saw property
prices in Marbella fall another 40% whereas property prices in Sweden continued
to rise. Many real estate agents in Marbella, report that this situation has
proved appealing for many Swedish and Scandinavian investors who have been able
to secure excellent prices for luxury properties close to the beach or
surrounded by golf.

An example of one of the
most attractive deals currently available in Marbella is La Cala Golf. This is

Real estate agents in
Marbella have seen a notable increase in the amount of properties that were
sold at the end of 2012. This is largely due to the tax incentives that were
set by the government to stimulate the local property market. It is estimated
that prices will steady and then commence an increase in the latter part of the
year.
