The surrounding shopping area includes top brand names, the bars are “A” list celebrity hangouts and the restaurants serve a fine fusion of international delicacies. Its most famous long-term resident is the superyacht “Shaf”, owned by Prince Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, currently the defence minister for Saudi Arabia.
The exclusivity of Puerto Banús marina is matched with hefty pricetags on surrounding properties. It is extremely difficult to find anything for under €500,000. But your investment is rewarded with year-round occupancy – rentals were barely affected during the recession that hit other areas of Spain so badly.

This amazing development is perhaps one of the last new build developments to ever become available so close to the marina. It is located just 200 metres from the seafront, not to mention all of the hustle and bustle of Banús’ unique lifestyle.
Cabopino is a small harbour but it has an innate sense of exclusivity that is now highly sought-after by Costa del Sol tourists and homeowners. This is also one of the most stunning stretches of golden sands with a nice selection of bars and restaurants.
