Recent statistics show that Spain
has the largest amount of Swedish expats outside of Scandinavia. Of course this

proved appealing for many Swedish and Scandinavian investors who have been able
to secure excellent prices for luxury properties close to the beach or
surrounded by golf.

most attractive deals currently available in Marbella is La Cala Golf. This is

Marbella have seen a notable increase in the amount of properties that were
sold at the end of 2012. This is largely due to the tax incentives that were
set by the government to stimulate the local property market. It is estimated
